CT_BuffMod updates & fixes and Bar updates

CT_BarMod (3.301)
- The "shift class/pet/possess/totem bars up" option has been split into four separate options (one for each bar). Disabling an option will prevent CT_BarMod from doing anything to that bar.

CT_BuffMod (3.302)
- Fixed a problem that was sometimes causing an expiration warning message to be displayed more than once for the same spell.
- Fixed a problem that was causing the expiration warning timers to not always be saved correctly.
- The sliders for the expiration warning timers now display the number of seconds when the setting is over 1 minute, and they can now each be set to the "Off" position.
- Fixed a problem that was preventing the time remaining bar for weapon buffs from updating correctly.
- Added an option to show buffs (default is enabled).
- Added an option to show debuffs (default is enabled).
- Added an option to show auras (default is enabled).
- Added an option to show tooltips (default is enabled).
- Added an option to show weapon details in the tooltip for weapon buffs (default is enabled).
- Added an option to show the spell number in the tooltip (default is disabled).
- Added an option to show the name of the caster (if known) in the tooltip (default is enabled). If the caster is a pet or vehicle, then the pet/vehicle's owner is also shown if they are in your party/raid.
- Added an option to lock a buff's position within the window when the mouse is over its icon (default is enabled). This makes it easier to cancel a buff, or view its tooltip, when you are gaining or losing other buffs at the same time.

CT_Core (3.307)
- Enabling the option to show quest levels in the quest log no longer causes an "action blocked by an addon" message if you open the World Map while in combat and the "Show quest objectives" option is enabled.
- Added an option to control whether or not you can change the width of the Objectives window. This option is disabled by default. Enabling this option may result in an "action blocked by an addon" message if you are in combat when you open the World Map, reduce the size of the World Map, or toggle the "Show quest objectives" option on the World Map.
- Added an option to enable/disable player notes in the Friends window (default is enabled).
- Added an option to enable/disable player notes in the Ignore window (default is enabled).
- Added an option to enable/disable player notes in the Guild window (default is enabled).
- The text in player notes will now wrap when displayed in the tooltip.

CT_Core & CT_MailMod Follow Up Fixes

Just a few brief bug fixes.

CT_Core (3.306)
- Fixed a problem with the 'Hide chat arrows' option that was causing it to sometimes not keep the arrows hidden.

CT_MailMod (3.303)
- Fixed a problem when alt-clicking a message checkbox where it would sometimes not properly match similar subjects ending with or without a quantity.

New Year, Minor Fixes

While things have been working pretty smoothly as we move into 2010, Dargen still found a few small bugs that needed fixing. Details below.

CT_Core (3.305)
- Fixed a problem with the initial positioning of the objectives frame after a login or reload of the ui, if the top left corner of the frame was moved near the vertical or horizontal middle of the screen prior to the logout or reload.
- Added options to open/close all bags when the trade window opens/closes.

CT_MailMod (3.302)
- When Alt-clicking a message checkbox for a message with a subject formatted like "Frostweave Cloth (20)" it no longer ignores the text prior to the number in brackets when finding other messages with similar subjects.
- Made some changes to an prevent error caused when other addons that hook certain script handlers fail to pass the required parameters.

CT_MapMod (3.302)
- Fixed an issue where the wrong map notes were sometimes displayed when the downsized world map and the small zone map were both displayed at the same time.
- The opacity of the items on the bottom border of the world map now change when you alter the world map's opacity.
