I have it checked to Lock the bars so that I have to use Shift to move something. The bars I have on the sides are locked, but the main action bars at the bottom will not lock. Of course that's where I have my shot rotation and in the heat of a raid I often drag a button somewhere it shouldn't be. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

The "Button lock" option in CT_BarMod does not affect the game's main action bar. To lock or unlock the buttons on the game's main action bar, you need to use the option found in the game's own Interface Options window. It is in the "Action Bars" section, and is called "Lock ActionBars".

I have all game action bars unchecked, turned off. This is a CT action bar, which is why I asked here ;-)

When you mentioned "main action bars" I thought you were referring to the bar which lets you select different pages using the up/down arrow buttons to the right of it. That's the one that I think of as the main action bar, and any other ones I think of as secondary action bars.
All of the CT_BarMod bars are controlled by the single "Button lock" option in the CT_BarMod options window. When I turn this option on, the buttons on all 10 of the CT_BarMod bars become locked and require me to use the shift key to move a button.
The game's own four action bars (two on the right side, and two at the bottom above the game's main action bar) are controlled by the single "Lock ActionBars" option in the game's interface options window.
The game's own main action bar (located at the very bottom of the screen below the bottom left and bottom right action bars) is also controlled by the single "Lock ActionBars" option in the game's interface options window.

hmmm I have the "Button Lock" option in the CT_BarMod options window checked, turned on. I reloaded UI. Bottom bars will still move without using the shift key.

Once you enable the "Button lock" option in CT_BarMod then you should not be able to move any of the buttons on any of the CT_BarMod bars. The same lines of programming control each of the bars. When I enable this option I cannot move any of the buttons unless I use the shift key.
Although you said that you had the game's action bars turned off, have you looked at the game's interface options to verify that they are indeed all turned off as you expect?
If you find that the game's action bars are all turned off, then I'd like you to type /framestack and position the mouse pointer over the center of one of the buttons that you are able to move without using shift. You don't need to click the button or try moving it. Compare the information you see in the tooltip to the three examples I'm providing below and let me know which of them (if any) it matches. If it does not match any of them, then please post what you see in the tooltip.
This is what I see if I have CT_BarMod's group 6 bar enabled, and the game's bottom left action bar turned off:
MEDIUM
<3> CT_BarModActionButton61
<2> CT_BarMod_Group5Frame
<0> Parent
LOW
<2> PetActionBarFrame
UNKNOWN
<0> WorldFrame
This is what I see if I have CT_BarMod's group 6 bar turned off, and the game's bottom left action bar turned on:
HIGH
<2> MultiBarBottomLeftbutton1
<1> MultiBarbottomLeft
MEDIUM
<0> UIParent
UNKNOWN
<0> WorldFrame
This is what I see if I have CT_BarMod's group 6 bar turned on, and the game's bottom left action bar also turned on at the same time:
HIGH
<2> MultiBarBottomLeftbutton1
<1> MultiBarbottomLeft
MEDIUM
<3> CT_BarModActionButton61
<2> CT_BarMod_Group5Frame
<0> Parent
LOW
<2> table: 132C3788

The button that your mouse was over is named "ActionButton9". That button is located on the game's main action bar. It is not on a CT_BarMod bar. The buttons on CT_BarMod bars all begin with "CT_BarModActionButton".
The game's main action bar isn't one of the bars that can be disabled in the interface options. So even though you turned off all the ones that you could, you did not disable the game's main action bar. In fact, Blizzard does not provide an option for you to turn it off.
However, at the same place that you turned off the "Bottom left bar", "Bottom right bar", "Right bar" and "Right bar 2" in the game's interface options, there is also an option to "Lock ActionBars". That lock option will affect all of Blizzard's action bars, including the main action bar that your hovered your mouse over.Last updated by dargen
