CT_BottomBar was last updated 5 months ago, and CT_BarMod was updated 6 weeks ago. I'm not sure why your updater thought it was time to update them. Based on what I see in your first post, you have the correct versions of the addons.

The Advanced.zip download from the CTMod website is working ok for me. I installed CT_BarMod and CT_BottomBar from the zip file and did not encounter any errors.

The error message, "attempt to index global 'CT_Library' (a nil value)", can occur if the "CT_Library.lua" file is missing from the "Interface\AddOns\CT_BottomBar" folder, or if the "CT_BottomBar.toc" file is missing the line that refers to CT_Library.lua.

Check your CT_BottomBar folder to see if you are missing any of the files shown below. If not, then check the CT_BottomBar.toc file to make sure all of the lines shown below are present.

Be sure you do not have the game running when you make changes or udpates to anything in your AddOns folder. You might want to try deleting the CT_BarMod and CT_BottomBar addon folders, re-extract them from the Advanced.zip download, and then check to make sure you've got all of the files.

Here is a list of the files that should be in your "Interface\AddOns\CT_BottomBar" folder (all of the files were last modified in December 2009):

changes.txt
CT_BottomBar.lua
CT_BottomBar.toc
CT_BottomBar_Addons.lua
CT_Library.lua

Here is what the contents of the CT_BottomBar.toc file should be:

## Interface: 30300
## Version: 3.301 (CTMod 3.3)
## Title: CT_BottomBar
## Notes: Breaks up the main menu bar into movable pieces.
## SavedVariables: CT_BottomBarOptions
CT_Library.lua
CT_BottomBar.lua
CT_BottomBar_Addons.lua

Thanks for your quick reply :) I did go ahead and remove what was there and reinstall making sure only the items you listed were there. Its back and working. I went back to the Curse program and it said that the ver from them was 1.4? Not sure what that file was but it is not your ver. Again thanks for your help!
