I seem to be unable to secure, the buttons to the action bars, if I mistakenly have mouse button held(click/drag)it removes the item in the slot at the most inopertune times it seems. WoW's secure ability toggle is activated and works fine click dragging has no effect on the item in the slot.
Sry I am a Noob, did i miss something that will allow me to obtain the same effect with the bar mod? anyone suggestions greatly appreciated.

CT_BarMod has its own button locking option. Open the CT_BarMod options window (type /ct, then click CT_BarMod), then look in the "General" section for the "Button lock" and "Move buttons key" options.
