Why does my CT Class bar only show when in combat, I have read through all the options and cannot find a way to keep my class bar there all the time. I have it active and unhidden and I have even gone as far as resetting bottom bar. Thx

There are only two options (Activate, Hide) that are specific to the class bar, and it sounds like you've got them configured correctly. There is nothing in CT_BottomBar that will show the bar only when you're in combat.
What class are you playing when this happens? Does it happen for only one of your characters, or are others affected as well? Does it occur if you create a new character on a new server?
One thing to keep in mind, is that CT_BottomBar does not create the buttons that appear on the class bar. The buttons that you see are the same ones that are used by the game's default UI. CT_BottomBar just attaches these buttons to its own bar so that it can be moved and hidden. The actual buttons on the bar are created, shown, and hidden by Blizzard, and I don't know of any reason why they would hide those buttons when you're not in combat.
One possibility is that one of your other addons is hiding and showing the class buttons. Try disabling all of your addons except for CT_BottomBar. If things work properly when only CT_BottomBar is enabled, then you can try to figure out which of the addons you disabled was affecting the class buttons. Enable some of the disabled addons, try it again, etc.

I have done what you suggested by disabling all add-ons and bringing them in one at a time. Discovered I had a button selected in Moveanything that hid the stance/class/aura bar. thanks very much for your time
