For some reason my shorter duration buffs are not counting down inside dungeons. For example my Horn of Winter and Bone shield are not showing as counting down.

It worked ok for me when I tested it. I entered an instance, used Bone Shield, and the time remaining on the buff properly counted down. I tried changing each of the CT_BuffMod options but I could not get it to stop counting down.

Does it display a time on the buff (even if it is not counting down)?
Does the time count down correctly when you are not in an instance?
Does the problem occur in all instances you have tried?
Does it make any difference if you are solo, in a party, or in a raid?
Are you using version 3.303 of CT_BuffMod? (use /ct to view the version numbers)

Disable all of your other addons, then check to see if the problem still occurs when only CT_BuffMod is enabled.
