Since this patch, and upgrading to the newest CT Mod (I did the advanced pack), auto-completion for guild members does not appear to be working for me. It does look like it still works however for those on my friends list.
I have tried unchecking and rechecking the options in mailmod but no change.
Anyone else?

When I tried it, auto-complete of guild member names worked for some of the people, and for other people it did not work. My friends list did not contain any of the names that did or did not work.
Next, I disabled CT_MailMod to see how the default mail window behaved. I obtained the same results that I got when CT_MailMod was enabled. Some guild member names worked, and some did not, and it was the same names in each case.
One thing to keep in mind, is that CT_MailMod does not do the auto-completing itself. It leaves that up to the game to do, so if there is a problem then it is very likely a bug in Blizzard's auto-complete programming.
The auto-complete options in CT_MailMod just let you customize which categories of names get auto-completed by the game. If the "Configure auto-completion of Send To name" option in CT_MailMod is disabled, then the addon won't alter the default categories used by the game and auto-completion should behave just as if CT_MailMod was disabled.
