I am currently not getting any errors but unable to change boss HP to anything other then the default works for players only any ideas?

The target, assist, and focus frame options in CT_UnitFrames have a 5th row of buttons you may have overlooked called "Enemy Health Bar". Those buttons will affect the way that enemy health is displayed.
