have to uncheck and recheck the options to hide the various blizzard buff frames.
BTW, i love all the new options to not display auras!

They are hiding ok for me. You may have another addon installed that is causing the frames to be unhidden after CT_BuffMod hides them when it loads. If you disable all of your addons except for CT_BuffMod you can verify that CT_BuffMod is hiding Blizzard's buff frames.
CT_BuffMod hides the frames once when you login or reload your UI, and it will also hide them when you toggle the options. CT_BuffMod does not try to detect or override another addon's attempt to hide/show the frames (although I may be able to make some changes that will let it do so).
If there is another addon that is causing the frames to be unhidden, then you'll need to work out which one it is, and either disable the addon or configure it differently (if possible). To figure out which addon is unhiding the frames you'll need to enable/disable addons until the problem goes away.
