I have my raid organized to show groups, I put them in position lock them and it will reset back to the middle of my screen. So I tried leaving them unlocked which at first seem to work, then a few days later again they reset. So far this has been happening on and off all day, any clue ?

There are two ways to lock the raid frames. One way is to left click the CT_RaidAssist minimap button and then select the "Lock raid frames" menu item. The other way is to open the CT_RaidAssist options window, click the "General options" button, and then click the "Lock Group Positions" checkbox. Which method are you using to lock and unlock the raid frames?
You said that when you lock the raid frames they reset to the middle of your screen. Do they reset immediately after you lock them, or does it take some time before they reset?
Do the frames seem to reset at random times, or do they reset only after you do something in particular, or if you use a portal, or if you login/logout, or something else?
When the frames reset, are they in the same position that the frames would be in if you were to press the "Reset CTRaid Positions" button in the CT_RaidAssist General Options window?
Do you happen to have a key bound to the "Toggle Group/Class Sorting" command? If you do and you pressed it, and the option "Allow different frame positions per sort type" is enabled (in the CTRA raid window's "Show" tab), then it might seem like the raid frames are resetting when in fact they are just moving to the frame positions associated with the other sort type.
Are you using version 3.301 of CT_RaidAssist? To check which version you are using, type /ctraid and then look at the title bar of the window that opens.
Have you tried disabling all of your other addons to see if the issue still occurs when only CT_RaidAssist is enabled?

I have tried make changes to all of that and it will reset.
