I just discovered that I am not getting the action bar to deal damage when Prophet Tharon'ja begins the flesh ripping sequences at Drak'Tharon Keep.
Is there a particular setting I need to enable or one that I need to disable?
I need to know what information I need to post here to begin tracking down this issue.

I haven't experienced what you describe. Each time I've done the fight, the bar changes and displays the proper bonus action buttons.
If there was an issue it would be with the CT_BottomBar addon, which does manipulate the bonus action buttons. It is also possible that a combination of addons is causing the problem (for example, two addons trying to manipulate the same thing).
When you don't see the buttons you expect, what do you see instead? Is it a blank bar, or is it your normal main action bar and buttons?
The next update to CT_BottomBar does include a change related to the bonus action buttons (the buttons that appear over top of the main action bar when you're in a vehicle, or for fights like that one in Drak'Tharon Keep). Although the change wasn't made to address the specific issue you're having, try it when it gets released (hopefully sometime this week) and see if it helps your situation.

I'm not seeing ANY changes at all visually . . . that's why I say I "discovered that I am not getting the action bar to deal damage". Someone asked me why I wasn't participating in that sequence. I NEVER knew that action bars were supposed to appear.
I'm seeing the Blizz vehicle bars in all other sequences such as the Jousting in Trail of the Crusader & Oculus . . . but no changes at all in the flesh ripping sequences at Drak'Tharon Keep.
I'll wait till the update you spoke of & try it then and post back if it doesn't solve the issue.

Do you have the option "Hide the Action Bar" selected in the CT_BottomBar options?
During that fight, Blizzard displays a bonus action bar (with 4 spells on it I believe) right on top of the main action bar (it will appear as though the buttons on your main action bar changed). If you have the main action bar hidden via that option I mentioned above, then you won't see the bonus action bar and its spells either. For that fight, the game does not use the larger vehicle frame that you normally see when you get into most vehicles.Last updated by dargen

Yes . . . I DO have that option selected. Blizz's action bar & rolodex is total garbage & is the exact reason I switched to CTMod. I've enabled it, which now duplicates some of my CTMod bars now, and will try it the next time I'm in Drak'Tharon Keep.
In the event that this IS the cause of my issue . . . is there any way to get another CTMod bar to show that Drak'Tharon Keep bonus action bar & allow me to re-enable the "Hide the Action Bar" option?

EDIT: Just wanted to add that ^^^ THIS WAS MY PROBLEM - I had the option "Hide the Action Bar" selected in the CT_BottomBar options. Now working correctly after rearranging all my action bars.Last updated by daman
