	When you have mouseover tooltip set to appear over the cursor, the health display of the moused over target is always full health in the tooltip even when it is not.

	Does nobody else experience this or is it just on my end? Once again, only happens when you set the tooltip to appear over the cursor. The anchor & default locations have the correct health in the tooltip.

	Thanks. I have been able to confirm this and a fix for it will be included in the next version of CT_Core (3.309).
