	If I recall correctly CT Mod did have a move bag option whereas you would right click the bag icon of a bag and that would unlock the bag position and locks when you release the icon. Would it be possible to reintroduce that option again?

There was an addon called "MovableBags" which was included with CT Mod until the WoW 2.0 patch was released (at the end of 2006). It was a standalone mod that was not made by the CT Mod team, but was modified to work with commands in the CT Control Panel. I'm not aware of the reason why the addon got dropped. There are currently no plans to add something like that to CT Mod, but I will keep it in mind.
