When I click on my ct mod mini map icon to make the options box appear ct unit frames doesn't appear on the list even though I have it on my addons folder.

CT_UnitFrames (version 3.301) appears in the list when I open the CTMod Control Panel. Are you sure you have CT_UnitFrames properly installed and enabled?
If you type /uf in the chat window, does the CT_UnitFrames options window appear?
If you exit to the game's character selection screen and click the "Addons" button, does CT_UnitFrames appear in the list of addons, and if so is it enabled?
