Am I crazy? Has no one noticed that the versions in the Advanced.zip distribution are not the latest as indicated in the "packing list"?
The latest files in Advanced.zip are 9-Jan-2010 whereas Buffmod, Core, and BarMod were all updated on 10-Feb-2010

It was doing the same thing for me earlier, but now I'm getting the correct file.
Apparently the file on the server was correct, but a caching issue was causing it to sometimes give out an older copy of the file. TS said he was resetting the cache for everyone, so try downloading it again and see if it is the right one.
