Thanks goes to Zanek for the following fixes:

- Fixed a problem that was causing an error message when you closed the world map.
- Positioned the coordinates text a bit lower so it does not overlap the world map title bar.
- Selecting a menu item from the "Display Groups" menu will now immediately update the map note icons on the world map.
- Setting a map notes filter will now immediately update the map note icons on the world map.

CT_RaidAssist Updated

A fix for the overlapping tabs in CT_RaidAssist has been released. You can now access the CTRaid tab by clicking the CTRA minimap button and selecting "Show CTRaid tab", or by typing "/ratab" into your chat box.

CTMod Updated for 2.2
